RULES AND REGULATIONS

Age Qualification - 12 years and above as at 31 December 2007. However, Parental/Guardian consent is needed for participants who are under 18 years.

Category OPEN - One or more male runner below the age of 40 years OR one/more female runner below age 35 years.

VETERAN - All 3 runners to be male of 40 years and above or all 3 runners to be female of 35 years and above.

Note : The organiser reserves the right to cancell this the VETERAN category if there are less than 5 participating teams and transfer them to the OPEN category.

Entry Fees - RM 15 per participant / RM 45 per team

Participation - Confirmation of participation is upon receiving payment of fees. For those who are interested but unable to form a team, the Organizer will try to assist to pair them with other on a first come first serve basis. However, the Organizer reserves the rights to alter/reject any team (without giving any reason).

Total per team - 3 runners

Distance - 2.5km X 3 (Pending verification)

Terrain - Uphill & downhill on tarmac road (1 loop per runner)

Award - POSITION medals will be awarded to all participants who completed the relay.

Closing Date - 1 November 2007 or when achieved quota of 10 teams for each category,
whichever comes first

Dispute - All protest should be referred to the Organizer within 15 minutes of the official announcement on the conclusion of the race. The decision from the Organizer is final and conclusive.

Hi, Hope your group can mark Nov 4, 2007 to participate in the Terry Fox Run at National Stadium, Bukit Jalil. This is a charity run similar to Jacob's Walk. Last year T-Shirts were sold at RM 25.00 and RM 30.00 respectively. All participants are encourage to put on the shirt during the run. For more info, please check out the website below.
